‫Associate Attorney - High-Tech Department (Post-Clerkship)

Responsibilities will include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents (contracts, agreements, etc.), client communication, and participation in legal proceedings. Requirements

LL.M degree from a reputable law school.

Admission to the Israeli Bar Association.

0-2 years of post-clerkship experience (preferably in high-tech law).

Excellent command of Hebrew and English (written and spoken).

Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional legal writing and drafting skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Demonstrated interest in technology law and intellectual property is a plus.
