Senior Software Engineer

The investing world is evolving quickly, and Blink is expanding our R&D team. We’re looking for an experienced Backend Developer to build scalable, high-performance systems that power our next-generation trading platform.

This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about clean, efficient code, loves solving complex technical challenges, and wants to work in a fast-moving, impact-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js

Collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices

Integrate with both SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure robust data flow and reliability

Work with modern tools and environments such as Kafka, GCP, Kibana, and Linux

Deploy and manage applications in Kubernetes for scalability and resilience

Participate in architectural discussions and help design systems that scale globally

Monitor, debug, and optimize backend performance

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of hands-on experience developing backend systems with Node.js

Solid understanding of SQL and relational database concepts

Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) – strong advantage

Familiarity with tools/environments like Kafka, GCP, and Kibana – advantage

Strong knowledge of Linux and Kubernetes – strong advantage

Experience with system design and software architecture – advantage

BSc in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

Team player with strong communication skills, curiosity, and a drive to build things that matter

Nice to Have

Experience in fintech or other high-scale, data-intensive environments

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and observability tools

Understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures
