Role Description This is a full-time, remote position for a junior litigation attorney with at least one year of relevant experience. The attorney will assist in managing civil-commercial and real estate litigation files, including drafting pleadings, motions, affidavits, and legal opinions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, reviewing evidence and contracts, preparing court documents, and supporting strategy development for hearings and trials. The role involves participation in client communications, coordination with external parties and experts, and active support in court appearances and procedural steps as appropriate. The attorney will work closely with the firm’s leadership to ensure high-quality work product, timely case progression, and effective client service in a flexible work arrangement. Qualifications

Licensed attorney in good standing with at least one year of hands-on experience in civil or commercial litigation.

Strong skills in legal research, analysis, and writing, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal opinions.

Experience or demonstrated interest in real estate and infrastructure disputes, contracts, and commercial law.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew; good command of English is an advantage.

High level of independence, responsibility, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines remotely.

Strong interpersonal skills, client-oriented mindset, and ability to collaborate effectively in a small, professional team.

Comfort with digital tools, remote work environments, and electronic court filing systems.

Previous experience in a litigation-focused boutique or commercial law firm is an advantage.
