Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and tech-savvy Social Media Platforms Manager who is a native Spanish speaker with a strong background in OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence) and AI-driven methodologies. In this role, you will bridge the gap between digital research and platform management—utilizing advanced OSINT techniques to map online ecosystems, analyze digital assets, and leverage generative AI to execute impactful, narrative-driven campaigns across various social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

OSINT-Based Platform Management: Monitor and manage social media channels based on deep environmental research, identifying trends, digital footprints, and platform dynamics in target markets.

AI-Driven Content & Strategy: Utilize advanced generative AI platforms (text, image, and media creation) and expert prompt engineering to draft, scale, and customize tailored narratives in Spanish.

Target Audience & Ecosystem Mapping: Conduct open-source research to map relevant web communities, track key influencers, and understand target audience behaviors.

Digital Tracking & Sentiment Analysis: Use advanced media monitoring and OSINT tools to track online mentions, identify narrative shifts, and provide actionable threat/opportunity intelligence reports to internal teams and clients.

Requirements:

Native-level Spanish (Written and Spoken) – A must. Full professional fluency in English is also required.

1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or online research.

Proven OSINT capabilities: Strong hands-on experience in open-source intelligence, digital research, or media analysis (experience from relevant units or strategic research firms is a major advantage).

Advanced AI Capabilities: Deep proficiency in integrating generative AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, or workflow automation tools) into research and content pipelines.

Exceptional analytical and multitasking abilities, with the skills to operate under pressure and handle sensitive projects with the highest level of discretion.
