Director of Finance

A fast-growing global technology company is looking for a hands-on, business-oriented Director of Finance to join at a critical stage of expansion. This role combines strategic leadership with operational execution, supporting a hybrid business model (hardware + services) and working closely with executive management.

Responsibilities

Lead full financial operations: monthly, quarterly, and annual close

Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Manage cash flow, forecasting, and treasury activities

Oversee AP/AR and multi-currency global invoicing

Ensure regulatory compliance (tax, VAT, reporting)

Lead budgeting, planning, and financial modeling (including AI-based tools)

Perform budget vs. actual analysis and provide actionable insights

Monitor unit economics and track CAPEX

Lead ERP implementation and financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Priority, SAP B1)

Establish revenue recognition policies and financial controls

Requirements

CPA or MBA (Finance)

5+ years of experience in financial leadership roles within tech companies

Experience in a startup environment with a hybrid business model (hardware + services)

Proven experience implementing ERP systems in scaling organizations

Strong leadership and communication skills

Fluent in English and Hebrew

Hands-on approach with the ability to combine strategic thinking and execution
