On the other, we deliver advanced financial services directly to 100s of thousands of users every month, through our own NeoBank application.

Our proprietary patent pending Dynamic Routing® technology sits at the core, enabling local-like, real-time cross-border payments across 150+ countries and 50+ currencies - reliably, transparently, and at scale.

From multi-currency accounts and international Mastercards to complex B2B payment orchestration, we move money where it’s needed, when it’s needed - even in the hardest-to-reach destinations.

We believe stability is the foundation of every payment, and combining it with cutting-edge innovation is how we scale globally.

Both products are deeply interconnected, yet serve very different audiences - and your job will be to make them feel seamless.

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic but hands-on VP Product to join Neema’s leadership team and lead our product organization through its next stage of global growth.

This is not a “manage from the sidelines” kind of role.

You’ll sit at the management table, report directly to the CTO, and own the full product strategy and execution across Neema’s different product worlds.

On one side - our Neobank - A direct to consumer (B2C) financial app serving 100s of thousands of users globally.

On the other - our API based payments platform - A B2B infrastructure powering fintechs and enterprises with cross-border payment capabilities.

As part of Neema’s next growth stage, you’ll also lead our expansion to a new segment of B2B products - Business Account. Take ownership in creating and shipping a new and exciting financial application opening new markets and more revenue streams.

These products serve very different audiences, but are deeply connected under the same mission: making global financial services feel seamless, accessible, and trustworthy.

You’ll lead and grow a strong team, while working closely with leadership, R&D, Operations, Compliance, Growth, Finance, and Data to turn business goals into products people actually love using - in a fast-moving, highly regulated environment where execution really matters.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to zoom out and define vision, but also zoom in when needed. Someone who can build structure without slowing things down.

A leader with high ownership, strong product instincts, low ego, and the understanding that when dealing with people’s money - there are no second chances.

What You’ll Do

Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.

Act as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy.

Lead, mentor, and scale a team of product managers and product leaders.

Own prioritization across multiple domains and competing initiatives.

Make sure we stick to the plan - but also be flexible and agile enough to make sure we adapt when priorities change.

Partner closely with all the teams in the company: R&D, Finance, Compliance, Data, Operations, Growth, Marketing, Sales and CS.

Oversee the full product lifecycle - from discovery through delivery and continuous iteration.

As trust is the most important thing in fintech - Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable products.

Use data, customer insights, and market understanding to make informed decisions.

Proven experience as a VP Product in a scaling technology company.

Strong leadership experience managing product managers and team leads.

Experience operating in complex, cross-functional environments.

Track record of building and scaling product lines and product organizations.

Experience with both B2B and B2C products - a strong advantage

Experience in fintech / payments / financial services - a strong advantage

Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities.

Hands-on, pragmatic approach - comfortable going deep when needed.

Experience working with distributed R&D teams (local and global)

Excellent prioritization and decision-making skills.
