Manufacturing Technician

Pi-Cardia, a fast-growing medical device company developing innovative cardiovascular solutions, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The role involves performing precise mechanical assemblies in a cleanroom environment according to detailed work instructions and quality standards. This position requires strong technical and fine motor skills, high attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of quality and compliance Responsibilities: Perform precise mechanical assembly tasks according to detailed work instructions Work in an ISO7 cleanroom environment Operate under a microscope during production processes Complete production documentation and forms accurately Support manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality product output Report to the Production Manager

Requirements: Experience in mechanical assembly (medical device industry – an advantage) Strong technical aptitude and excellent fine motor skills Proven experience working in an ISO7 cleanroom environment High level of precision, consistency, and attention to detail Team player with strong interpersonal skills Ability to work under a microscope Good command of English (reading and writing) Experience in welding – a significant advantage Willingness to work evening shifts
