Cyber Security & SIEM/SOC Lead

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the SIEM/SOC framework.

Drive cyber monitoring activities and incident response processes.

Define and implement incident handling procedures.

Establish measurement criteria and ensure compliance with security policies.

Identify and monitor relevant cyber threats and assess their impact on the organization.

Design and define automation solutions to mitigate cyber risks.

Perform and develop ongoing security controls.

Generate actionable insights from defense, monitoring, and control systems; create tailored dashboards.

Requirements (Must-Have):

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with monitoring platforms and rule creation.

At least 2 years of experience operating cyber defense systems.

Practical experience with cloud infrastructures (minimum 2 years).

Strong knowledge of operating systems, communication protocols, GPO, AD, and authentication mechanisms.

Experience in writing technical documentation (HLD/LLD).

Deep familiarity with security solutions (DLP, WAF, IDM, VA).

Previous work experience in a medium-to-large organization.
