המשרה המקורית · נשמר לעיוןOne of Israel’s top import companies in the marble and construction materials sector is looking for a sharp, capable, and reliable Import & Customer Service Coordinator. If you come from the world of construction or have experience working closely with people in the field this could be the perfect fit.
Responsibilities
Managing and tracking customer orders — from the initial request stage through to actual delivery.
Ongoing work with suppliers in Israel and abroad, including coordinating orders, documents, delivery timelines and shipment tracking.
Supporting import processes: purchase orders, shipping documents, invoices, coordination with freight forwarders, customs brokers and logistics providers.
Providing service to the company’s customers, including status updates, delivery coordination, handling inquiries and maintaining organized documentation.
Coordinating between internal and external parties: management, field staff, suppliers, customers, warehouses and construction sites.
Assisting in the implementation of organized work processes and improving the company’s methods of operation.
Requirements
Previous experience in operations / procurement / import role in construction companies only — mandatory.
Strong ability to work with customers and suppliers at a high professional level.
Organization, responsibility and the ability to track several processes simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Proactive approach, service orientation, accuracy and the ability to drive tasks through to completion.
