DevOps Team Lead | High-Impact Leadership Role

We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Team Lead to take ownership of a large-scale, production-grade platform in a fast-growing tech environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in live production systems, enjoys building modern cloud infrastructure, and is passionate about automation, scalability, and reliability — while mentoring and leading a growing DevOps team.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a DevOps team, setting technical direction and best practices

• Own production infrastructure architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments

• Drive Infrastructure-as-Code and automation in AWS and Linux environments

• Build high-availability, fault-tolerant systems (monitoring, logging, alerting, deployments)

• Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, QA, and Operations teams

• Improve operational maturity through observability, SRE practices, and incident management

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience leading DevOps / Infrastructure teams

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and production systems at scale

• Deep experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Linux

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)

• Experience managing databases, Redis, RabbitMQ, and distributed systems

• Background in automation or tooling (Golang or similar)

• Strong leadership, ownership mindset, and excellent communication skills
