The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and proactive senior recruiter to join us. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes across technical and business functions, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract top talent in a global, fast-paced, high-tech environment.
The ideal candidate is a strategic recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience recruiting for technology companies.
What You Will Do
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including planning and executing creative and targeted recruitment strategies.
Source and attract high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and additional sourcing channels
Work closely with department head and hiring managers to understand role requirements and support hiring decisions. relies on market trends, hiring strategies, and compensation benchmarks
Build relationships with candidates and maintain regular follow-up throughout the hiring process.
Utilize and maintain up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Collaborate with HR and leadership teams on employer branding and recruitment initiatives
Ensure a high standard of candidate experience and hiring quality
What You Will Need
At least 5+ years of experience in global high-tech recruitment.
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for technical roles.
Deep understanding of the Israeli tech talent market trends
Strong operational and organizational skills- able to multitask, prioritize, and execute with precision
Experience working with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
Native-level English and full professional proficiency in Hebrew (written and spoken).
