UCT is looking for a talented Manager, HRBP to join us in Israel!

The HRBP Manager is responsible for leading all HR processes within the operations unit, working closely with the production, logistics, maintenance, and quality functions. The role includes supporting employees and managers, designing and improving HR processes, driving organizational culture, and implementing global HR policies while tailoring them to local operational needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnership for Operations

Provide support, guidance, and coaching to front-line and mid‑level managers.

Provide support, guidance, and coaching to the HR operation team.

Participate in operations leadership meetings and translate business needs into HR solutions.

Analyze workforce trends, risks, and operational challenges (critical roles, absenteeism, retention issues, etc.

Recruitment, Onboarding, and Retention

Working in collaboration with the local Talent Acquisition team.

Develop onboarding processes tailored to production environments and shift‑based roles.

Holds retention programs, especially for technical and skilled roles (technicians, operators, etc.).

Manager and Capability Development

Promote leadership development programs and operational excellence culture.

Train managers on employee management, feedback delivery, policy implementation, and internal communication.

HR Projects and Organizational Culture

Lead operation HR initiatives such as Safety Culture, Wellbeing, and Employee Engagement.

Taking part in cross ‑company HR initiatives local & global.

Works closely with management and employees to improve labor relations, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

Provides guidance and interpretation of HR policies.

Develops contract terms for new employees, promotion and transfers.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Sox responsibility: Working by global & local procedures, reporting the data on monthly basis.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Lead ability.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew & English.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.

Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Required Education/Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR.

Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnostics, labor and union relations, diversity, performance management, and labor laws.

Preferred Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree
