Project Manager (PM) – Electronics | Medical Device

Location: Matam - Haifa District | Work Model: Hybrid

A leading Medical Device company located in Yokneam is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electronics projects in a regulated and technologically advanced environment.

Responsibilities:

End-to-end project management of electronics (HW) projects

Daily collaboration with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and subcontractors

Leading improvements and changes to existing products

Ownership of Transfer to Production processes

Managing schedules, budgets, resources, and risks

Working with project management tools in a multi-interface environment

Close interaction with global stakeholders

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in Medical or Military companies

Hands-on experience in HW electronics development – strong advantage

Experience working with subcontractors

Proven experience in electronics transfer from development to production

Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Monday, MS Planner, etc.)

Advantage: experience with Agile methodologies, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft tools

Skills & Abilities:

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Good negotiation capabilities

Ability to multitask effectively

Team player with the ability to work independently

High self-motivation and project-oriented mindset
