Electro-Optics Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Electro-Optics Engineer to join a leading team, in a role that combines development, integration, and the establishment of advanced production infrastructures.

This position involves working with complex electro-optical systems, while leading the setup and implementation of new production lines—from development stages through to serial production.

Responsibilities:

Develop and improve electro-optical sensors and systems

Analyze and troubleshoot complex system failures

Lead the setup of new production lines and technological infrastructures from scratch

Design and establish workstations, fixtures, and dedicated equipment

Lead NPI (New Product Introduction) processes and transfer products from R&D to production

Integrate and implement new equipment and technologies into production lines

Train teams and support on-site implementation processes

Drive process improvements to optimize performance, quality, and throughput

Requirements:

M.Sc. in Physics / Electro-Optics

At least 3 years of industry experience in development or work with optical systems

Strong hands-on experience with electro-optical systems and sensors

Proven experience in setting up or upgrading production lines / technological infrastructures

Experience with NPI processes and transferring products from development to production

Hands-on experience in system integration and equipment implementation

Advantages:

Experience with FOG systems (Fiber Optic Gyroscope)
