Role Objective: Working with B2B clients, with a strong focus on stakeholders responsible for employee well-being within organizations, including Welfare Managers, HR professionals, and decision-makers. This is a new, independent, and dynamic role that involves building a pipeline from scratch by actively recruiting small and medium-sized businesses (50-100 employees). The role includes identifying potential clients, working with cold leads, and managing end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to deal closure. Key Responsibilities: Proactively recruit new companies from scratch, including outbound work with cold leads Identify relevant contacts and lead proactive outreach (phone / email / meetings) Schedule and conduct sales meetings, primarily remotely Understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, manage negotiations, and close deals Manage the full sales pipeline: follow-ups, documentation, and data optimization in the CRM Work in close collaboration with the Customer Success team Work based on defined sales targets
