Account Manager (Israel)
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships across multiple regions. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall sales growth in the region. Your role will involve a mix of strategic account management and proactive business development to expand our market presence.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management: Be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships across multiple regions in Israel. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall sales growth in the region. Your role will involve a mix of strategic account management and proactive business development to expand our market presence.
2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis in to understand the latest trends, competitors, and customer demands in the energy storage market.
3. Sales Strategy and Plan Development: Develop sales strategies and plans based on market research results, including prospecting, expansion, and follow-up of potential customers. Initiate and maintain contact and communication with potential customers, establish and maintain good customer relationships, understand customer needs, and provide solutions.
4. Revenue Management and Budget Control: Responsible for preparing the business plan for the region, including sales plan and budget plan to keep revenue growth and achieving Quarterly and annual sales target;
5. Customer Development and Business Performance: Develop key customers and partners with strategy, develop and maintain the relationship with key customers, produce business performance report and sales target achievement plan on a monthly basis to regional manager;
6. Key Accounts Management and Solutions: Responsible for the development and management of Utility key accounts, formulating and executing sales strategies tailored to these clients to ensure long-term business partnerships and growth; by deeply understanding client needs, provide customized solutions to drive sales performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
7. Signing Process Coordination and Management: Coordinate internal resources, including technology, marketing, and customer service teams. Participate in sales negotiations and contract signing processes to ensure sales targets are achieved.
8. Business Progress Report and Plan: Report market dynamics, sales progress, customer feedback to upper management. Participate in the development of sales plans and budgets.
Requirements:
1. Over 5 years of sales experience in the solar PV and energy-related field, with in-depth knowledge of the the market of residential, C&I and utility products in the region.
2. Strong distribution channels and relationships, with the ability to effectively identify potential customers and establish cooperative relationships.
3. Excellent sales skills, including customer prospecting, negotiation, and contract signing. Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with internal and external teams to achieve sales targets.
4. Market analysis and planning skills, with the ability to develop effective sales strategies and plans based on market conditions.
5. Technical knowledge and business understanding of the energy storage, solar PV, and energy industry.
6. Fluent in the local Hebrew and English, fluent in Chinese (mandarin) is plus.
