המשרה המקורית · נשמר לעיוןAltius Capital is growing, and we’re looking for a sharp, curious and highly driven BDR to join our team.
Altius is building an intelligence layer for private markets investors, helping institutional investors, funds and financial organizations turn complex portfolio data into actionable insights using technology, automation and AI.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to enter the world of fintech, private markets and B2B sales, and work closely with senior decision makers in a fast-growing startup environment.
What you’ll do
Identify and research potential clients, partners and relevant market opportunities
Build targeted prospect lists across institutional investors, funds, family offices and financial organizations
Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email and other channels
Create personalized and thoughtful outreach messages based on each prospect’s profile and needs
Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings for the leadership team
Work closely with the CEO and business team to refine messaging, positioning and go-to-market processes
Maintain organized pipeline tracking and follow-up processes
Learn deeply about the fintech and private markets ecosystem
What we’re looking for
1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, SDR/BDR, customer-facing roles or financial services
Native-level English, both written and verbal - must
Strong communication skills and confidence reaching out to senior professionals
High level of curiosity, independence and self-learning
Strong research skills and attention to detail
Organized, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Interest in fintech, investments, capital markets or private markets - strong advantage
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo or similar tools - advantage
