Job Description:
A leading medical equipment company is seeking a Surgical Sales Specialist for the North District.
This dynamic field-based role combines professional work within a surgical environment, including presence in operating rooms, alongside business development and sales expansion activities in hospitals across Northern Israel.
The position involves ongoing collaboration with medical teams, providing professional support during procedures, identifying business opportunities, and strengthening existing activities within hospitals — from Hillel Yaffe Medical Center to Galilee Medical Center.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop surgical sales activities within hospitals in the Northern Region
Build and maintain professional relationships with physicians, operating room staff, and medical teams
Provide clinical support and professional guidance during procedures and surgeries
Identify opportunities for business growth and increased sales
Independently manage territory activities while promoting advanced medical products in the field
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree – mandatory
High level of English proficiency – mandatory
Previous sales experience – significant advantage
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, particularly with medical teams
Strong persuasion, initiative, and self-motivation abilities
High learning capability and strong understanding of clinical/scientific fields
Strong work ethic and willingness to work afternoon hours when required
