Requirements: What You Bring to the Table  7+ years of experience in software development Deep experience in at least one OOP language (e.g., Python, C#) Experience with cloud-native environments and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with scalable architecture, distributed systems, and performance optimization Strong understanding of testing strategies, code quality, and security best practices Fluent in English and Hebrew - written and verbal Experience with fintech, global teams, or scaling SaaS - Bonus Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
