Senior Product Manager - AI Agentic Solutions

We aren't just building tools; we are building a workforce. As the Senior Product Manager for Agentic Solutions , you will lead the strategy and execution for our autonomous agents serving Monday’s customer organization. You will be the visionary behind two of our most critical AI-driven product lines, transforming complex workflows into seamless, goal-oriented autonomous actions.

Requirements: Experience: 5+ years in Product Management, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML products (LLM experience is a must). Technical Depth: You might not be writing the Python code, but you can talk shop with Engineers about token limits, API orchestration, and vector databases. Proven Track Record: You’ve shipped a product from 0 to 1, or managed a complex portfolio of interconnected software products. Communication: You can explain "Chain of Thought" reasoning to a CEO and "Unit Economics" to a Developer without losing either of them.
