Data Scientist

We are looking for a strong Data Scientist to join a growing AI initiative and take part in building end-to-end machine learning and GenAI solutions — from data exploration to production deployment and continuous model improvement.

This role combines deep data science work with hands-on production impact in a modern AI engineering environment.

What You’ll Do

You will lead full lifecycle ML and GenAI solutions:

• Build end-to-end data-driven ML solutions: from research and data collection, through EDA, feature engineering, and statistical analysis, to model selection, training, and evaluation

• Develop and fine-tune LLMs, embeddings models, vector databases, and RAG-based systems

• Work on GenAI-powered solutions and integrate them into production systems

• Collaborate with ML Engineering, DevOps, and software teams to deploy models into production environments

• Monitor model performance (including drift detection), identify degradation, and retrain models when needed

• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into data-driven insights and ML solutions

• Lead improvements in ML/AI methodologies, workflows, and best practices across the organization

Requirements

• B.Sc or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist

• Strong proficiency in Python and leading ML libraries

• Strong SQL skills

• Experience with GenAI and LLM-based technologies – strong advantage
