Junior Software Engineer (Part Time)

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Software Engineer to join our growing team and become part of the core development of the Cyclarity SaaS platform. The right candidate will have the opportunity to work across multiple domains including backend development, frontend/UI, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, testing automation and AI-driven development workflows. You will work closely with experienced engineers, take ownership quickly, and gain hands-on experience with real production systems and modern engineering practices. This is an 80% position (part-time role). What You’ll Do Develop features across backend and frontend systems Participate in architecture and technical design discussions Work with cloud infrastructure and DevOps tooling Contribute to AI-assisted development workflows and automation Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability Collaborate with product and engineering teams on end-to-end solutions Learn and grow rapidly across multiple technical domains

Requirements: Requirements B.Sc. in Computer Science (or equivalent) 1–2 years of hands-on software development experience Including industry projects, internships, military service, startup experience, or significant personal projects Strong motivation to learn and grow High ownership and proactive mindset Passion for technology and modern software engineering Ability to adapt quickly and work across different parts of the stack Team player with strong communication skills Nice to Have Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) Experience with React / modern frontend frameworks Experience with backend development (Node.js / Python / Java / etc.) Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, or Infrastructure as Code Interest in AI tools, automation, and modern engineering workflows Why Join Us Opportunity to work on a real production SaaS product Exposure to multiple engineering domains instead of a narrow role Work closely with experienced engineers and decision makers Learn modern AI-driven engineering methodologies High growth potential and real ownership from day one
