AI Engineer

A leading insurance company is seeking a senior Generative AI Engineer to join an innovative AI team working on cutting-edge solutions at enterprise scale

In this role, you will design, develop, and implement advanced Generative AI systems, focusing on RAG architectures, Agents-based solutions, intelligent document processing, and extracting insights from large-scale support systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, optimize models for performance and scalability, and drive best practices across the team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field – required

2+ years of experience in Generative AI with a strong focus on Agents – required

5+ years of experience in software engineering at scale – required

Strong understanding of foundation models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini and Prompt Engineering – required

Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch – required

Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation – required

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
