Let’s Talk about you:
We are looking for a Senior Backend / Platform Engineer to design, develop, and maintain complex Backend systems and cloud‑based services.
The role includes ownership of backend components, contribution to system architecture, and leading end‑to‑end features in a distributed, production‑critical environment.
The ideal candidate is a strong hands‑on engineer with experience in server‑side development, cloud platforms, modern data technologies, and practical application of AI capabilities within backend systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain server‑side and backend services in production environments
Lead end‑to‑end feature development, from design through implementation and deployment
Contribute to system and solution architecture, including scalability, performance, and reliability
Develop and support data‑intensive services and pipelines, including database‑driven systems
Debug and resolve complex backend and production issues
Work closely with engineers, architects, DevOps, and product stakeholders
Apply AI‑based techniques to improve automation, quality, efficiency, or observability of backend systems
Let’s Talk about who we are looking for:
Strong experience developing server-side applications using C# (.NET) and/or Java/Go,
with 4+ years of hands-on experience
Proven backend debugging and troubleshooting skills
Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming, design principles, and design patterns
Experience in system design and leading features end‑to‑end
Experience working with AI-assisted and agentic development practices,
using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or similar, to improve development speed,
code quality, and system reliability.
Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins
B.Sc. in Computer Science from a recognized institute
Nice to have:
Experience with distributed systems and cloud‑native architectures
Experience supporting production‑critical platforms
Exposure to DevOps practices and automation
