המשרה המקורית · נשמר לעיוןWe are seeking a professional with solid experience in fundraising, investor management, and a deep understanding of the Israeli family office ecosystem, particularly those connected to the Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in capital raising, strong relationships with investment funds, and an ethical, transparent approach to negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, contact, and develop strategic relationships with family offices, investment funds, and investor groups in Israel.
Lead fundraising processes for real estate projects, presenting investment opportunities and managing the full relationship cycle.
Analyze the Israeli private investment market and identify opportunities aligned with the company’s strategy.
Prepare and present financial documentation, investment proposals, and commercial materials.
Maintain continuous and transparent communication with investors, ensuring trust and long‑term relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency of information and proper follow‑up on each operation.
Represent Argis in meetings, events, and relevant investment forums in Israel.
Ensure an ethical approach in all negotiations.
Requirements:
8–12 years of professional experience in roles related to investment, fundraising, private equity, family offices, or real estate.
Deep knowledge of the Israeli investor ecosystem, especially family offices and small to mid‑size funds.
Proven experience in capital raising and investor relationship management.
Strong understanding of the Real Estate sector and real estate investment models.
High professional integrity, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build trust‑based relationships.
Strong analytical skills and strategic vision.
Languages: Native or bilingual Hebrew, and professional‑level English.
