Head of Global Program

Role Purpose · Lead end-to-end program execution and product launch orchestration across R&D, Operations, and Business functions. · Manage and develop a team of Program Managers to ensure consistent delivery across all programs. · Own the integration between development and commercialization, ensuring alignment to timelines, scope and business targets (margin, volume, readiness). Key Responsibilities · Lead, develop and manage a team of Program Managers (coaching, performance, structure). · Drive execution of multiple cross-functional programs across HW, SW, IoT, App and Cloud and IT. · Ensure alignment across R&D, Finance, Operations, Product, Marketing and Regions. · Own product launch readiness and Go/No-Go governance. · Define and continuously improve PLC (Product Lifecycle) and stage-gate framework. · Run executive Steering Committees for prioritization and decision-making. · Provide full visibility of risks, dependencies and performance across programs. · Embed margin, cost and business trade-offs into program decisions. Success Metrics · ≥90% programs delivered on time, within scope and budget. · Full launch readiness at Go decision (no surprises). · High-performing and aligned Program Manager team. · Improved time-to-market and execution predictability. · Contribution to profitability targets (≥35% GP mindset).

Requirements: Required Experience · 5+ years in Program Management, Product Development or Operations. · Proven experience managing teams of Program Managers (mandatory). · Track record managing complex HW & SW / IoT programs. · Strong experience in product launch and lifecycle management in global environments. · Fluent / excellent English – written and verbal communication with global stakeholders Core Capabilities · Strong leadership and people development capability. · Ability to scale execution through teams. · Execution-driven and structured approach. · Business understanding including cost, pricing and margin impact. · Ability to simplify complexity into clear decisions.
