We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Fit Technician / Technical Designer to join our team!

In this role, you’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and factories—collaborating directly with production partners to ensure every garment meets our quality, fit, and design standards. This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys creative problem‑solving and turning ideas into well‑made products.

What you’ll do:

Conduct fittings and measurements with factories

Review PP and shipping samples

Perform fit checks, flat measurements, fabric tests, color evaluation before and after wash, swatch reviews, and quality assessments

Partner with design and product teams to solve technical challenges creatively

Provide technical input, problem solving, and recommendations to improve fit, construction, and workflow efficiency.

What we’re looking for:

Relevant education in textiles, pattern making, or fabric technology mandatory

High‑level English, (reading, writing, and speaking) mandatory

High computer skills, including proficiency in Office and Excel

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Excellent attention to detail and a team‑oriented mindset

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and occasionally work extra hours when needed
