Hardware System Engineer

We are looking for

For the Aerospace Division site in Netanya we are looking for a System Engineer to join the Hardware System Engineering and Integration team within the Training Systems Directorate.

Join us to shape and develop leading system solutions for advanced training and simulation environments in the aerospace world.

In this role you will

Analyze system requirements of training and simulation products from a hardware perspective

Evaluate design alternatives and define the optimal system architecture

Define design and requirements for all subsystems

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (software, specification, testing, management, customer)

Lead integration, verification, design reviews and testing activities

Manage end‑to‑end system content (design, procurement, integration)

Collaborate with customers and subcontractors in Israel and abroad

Requirements

B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

Experience in defining and developing hardware architecture - Advantage

Experience in developing complex multi‑disciplinary systems, including testing and implementation - Advantage

System‑level vision and understanding

Ability to learn quickly and work independently

Capability to lead and guide multi‑disciplinary teams

Experience in working with customers, users and subcontractors - Advantage

Knowledge in video, audio and computer systems - Advantage

Experience in communication infrastructure, IT and cybersecurity - Advantage

Familiarity with virtualization and cloud technologies - Advantage

Technical background in projection systems - Advantage
