Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our project-driven organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support business processes and drive organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain Salesforce system settings, user profiles, and security permissions Create and manage custom objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts Design and implement workflow rules, process builder flows, and approval processes Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards Manage user access, permissions, and system roles Perform data quality management, including data imports, cleanups, and deduplication Provide user support and training for Salesforce platform Coordinate with internal teams to understand and implement business requirements Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical guidance Maintain system documentation and best practices

Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience with Salesforce At least 2 years of experience as a project manager Proven proficiency in advanced project management techniques Experience managing complex, multi-faceted projects Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective project strategies Required Skills: Exceptional team collaboration capabilities Strong self-learning and adaptive mindset Advanced analytical and strategic thinking Ability to perform effectively under pressure Flexibility and systemic approach to problem-solving Excellent communication and stakeholder management Preferred Qualifications: Additional Salesforce certifications Knowledge of integration development Familiarity with SOQL Advanced project management certifications
