Project Manager - Tech School (monday.com Foundation)

We are seeking a passionate and highly organized Project Manager to join Tech School, the flagship educational initiative of the monday.com Foundation. In this role, you will be responsible for one of Tech School’s core programs and work closely with teachers, principals, municipalities, and strategic partners.You will manage all aspects of program delivery — from planning and execution to evaluation and improvement - to ensure a meaningful and effective learning experience for thousands of students across Israel. This position requires exceptional project ownership, strong attention to detail, proactivity, relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment. About Tech School Tech School is designed to empower students and teachers through hands-on, creative, and technologically relevant learning. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, public administration, nonprofit management); Master’s degree preferred . Results-driven mindset with a startup mentality, a can-do attitude, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills – managing multiple projects, coordinating events, timelines, and logistics seamlessly Excellent communication and relationship-building skills – engaging effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders High proficiency with project management tools (e.g., monday.com ) Knowledge of Israel’s educational ecosystem and/or experience working with the Ministry of Education, schools, municipalities, or third-sector organizations - an advantage.
