Senior Full Stack Engineer

Backed by a dedicated team of experts, Eitan Medical is rapidly scaling to meet the evolving needs of healthcare organizations looking to leverage digital technologies for improved patient care, security, and operational efficiency. We are developing a cloud-based infusion management platform to enhance the delivery and monitoring of home and specialty infusion therapies. By providing near-real-time data access, it enables healthcare providers (from hospitals to home) to track treatment adherence, review analytics, and support proactive care planning. As a leading provider of healthcare solutions, we are expanding our engineering team and looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join us in delivering high-quality, scalable web applications and cloud-based services that power our innovative products. What You’ll Do · Design and implement scalable microservices and distributed systems · Lead system architecture decisions and contribute to long-term technical direction · Own production services, reliability, scalability, performance, and security · Design RESTful and event-driven APIs · Improve system observability, resilience, and cloud efficiency · Collaborate with Product to translate requirements into scalable solutions · Mentor engineers and participate in code and design reviews

Requirements: What We’re Looking For (Required) · 5+ years of software development experience · Strong backend development experience with Node.js (NestJS preferred) · Experience working with at least one modern frontend framework (Vue, Angular, or React) · Experience designing and building microservices architecture · Experience with relational databases and strong SQL skills · Proven experience leading technical designs and driving architectural decisions · Experience building production distributed systems at scale · Experience applying AI-assisted development tools and practices to enhance engineering productivity, code quality, and system design Nice to Have · Experience with C# · Experience working with Azure and Kubernetes · Experience with Redis, ElasticSearch, or RabbitMQ · Experience with observability tools such as DataDog · Experience in healthcare or regulated industries · Experience mentoring engineers · Mobile development experience Tech Stack NestJS (Node.js) | C# | Vue | Angular | Typescript | PostgreSQL | ElasticSearch | Redis | Azure | Kubernetes (K8s) | RabbitMQ | DataDog If you're passionate about building robust, scalable full-stack applications in the cloud and want to make a difference in the healthcare space, we’d love to have you on our team at Eitan Medical!
