Technical Project Manager

At our Holon site (ISTAR & EW), we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end development of a unique, cutting‑edge system in RF and electromagnetic domains within a leading defense organization.

In this role you will

Lead the technical development of a multidisciplinary System‑of‑Systems

Manage engineering processes, testing and V&V through customer delivery

Own requirements definition, author specifications and coordinate with subcontractors

Drive cross‑organizational collaboration with the customer, business units, operations and engineering teams

Work closely with internal development teams in RF and high electric‑field domains

Present and participate in technical reviews in Hebrew and English

Requirements

B.Sc. in Engineering; Electrical or Computer Engineering preferred

10+ years as a Technical Manager or Chief Systems Engineer in complex projects

Hands‑on experience across hardware, software and system integration lifecycles

Experience leading V&V processes and transitioning systems to customers - Advantage

Excellent technical English: reading, writing, speaking

Strong systems thinking, initiative, and ability to lead in a matrix and collaborate
