על התפקיד:

אנחנו מחפשים קניין/ית קבלני משנה להצטרף לצוות הרכש שלנו – תפקיד מרכזי שמחבר בין צרכי הארגון לספקים בארץ ובעולם.

התפקיד כולל ניהול תהליכי רכש מקצה לקצה – מאיתור ספקים ובחינת הצעות, דרך ניהול משא ומתן, ועד להזמנה ולמעקב אחרי האספקה בפועל.

זה תפקיד שמתאים למי שאוהב לעבוד עם אנשים, לנהל תהליכים ולהיות עם יד על הדופק בכל שלב – גם ברמה המסחרית וגם ברמה התפעולית.

תחומי אחריות:

ניהול רכש מול קבלני משנה וספקי שירות בארץ ובחו״ל

איתור ספקים חדשים והובלת תהליכי בקשות להצעת מחיר ומכרזים

ניהול משא ומתן מסחרי מול ספקים

הפקת הזמנות רכש וליווי התהליך עד לאספקה

מעקב שוטף אחרי הזמנות, זמני אספקה ועמידה בהתחייבויות

דרישות התפקיד:

תואר ראשון או הנדסאי/ת – חובה

ניסיון של לפחות 3 שנים בתחום הרכש

שליטה מלאה ביישומי מחשב (Office)

אנגלית ברמה גבוהה (קריאה, כתיבה ודיבור)

About the Role

We are looking for a Subcontractor Buyer to join our procurement team — a key role that connects organizational needs with suppliers and service providers בארץ ובעולם.

The position includes managing end-to-end procurement processes, from supplier sourcing and quotation reviews, through commercial negotiations, to purchase orders and supply follow-up.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, leading processes, and staying closely involved in every stage — both commercially and operationally.

Responsibilities

Managing procurement activities with subcontractors and service providers in Israel and abroad

Identifying new suppliers and leading RFQ and tender processes

Conducting commercial negotiations with suppliers

Creating purchase orders and managing the process through delivery

Monitoring orders, delivery schedules, and supplier commitments on an ongoing basis

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Practical Engineering diploma — required

At least 3 years of experience in procurement

Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

High level of English — reading, writing, and speaking

Advantage

Professional training or course in procurement and logistics

Experience working with suppliers in the metal industry
