Senior Full Stack Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong frontend expertise — someone with a can-do attitude who isn't afraid to dig into uncharted territory, and who treats AI as a real tool to shape, not just use.

Responsibilities

Own features end-to-end — from data model and API design through to a polished, performant UI across web and mobile.

Design and maintain backend services using Node.js with Postgres and MongoDB.

Participate in architectural decisions and lead technical design reviews.

Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior developers where needed.

Requirements

8+ years of professional software development with a focus on frontend (JS/TS, React, HTML, CSS) and full-stack delivery.

Mobile: React Native (1+ years of solid recent experience).

Backend: Node.js with Postgres & MongoDB (4+ years of recent experience).

State management: Redux (4+ years of recent experience).

Testing: Cypress, Jest, or similar.

Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.

Demonstrated professional use of AI coding tools.

Proven track record of independence, responsibility, and project ownership.

Strong English, written and spoken.

Advantages

Previous experience managing people or leading projects.

Java/Kotlin (Android) or Swift (iOS) for native mobile.

Experience setting up AI-assisted workflows for a team (agent guidelines, prompt libraries, evals, MCP servers, internal tooling).
