Requirements: 5+ years of experience in COBOL development (CICS + Batch) – mandatory 5+ years of hands-on experience with DB2 – mandatory At least 4 years of experience working with VSAM databases – mandatory Experience with JCL – mandatory Familiarity with financial systems – an advantage Soft Skills & Personal Attributes Broad system-level perspective, quick understanding, and ability to integrate into complex systems Proactive mindset and out-of-the-box thinking Ability to work independently and lead tasks end-to-end Excellent interpersonal skills and strong teamwork abilities Willingness to work non-standard hours when required (e.g., production issues)
