Requirements: Experienced leader with 2+ years of experience managing engineering managers. Fluency and proficiency in leveraging AI-driven coding tools and development assistants to accelerate engineering velocity, elevate code quality, and redefine modern development standards. Proven track record of fostering individual growth , with a deep commitment to mentoring engineers and building personalized career paths that empower team members to reach their full potential. A visionary driver of AI adoption , championing the integration of agentic workflows and "AI-first" thinking across the organization to solve complex product challenges and enhance the platform’s capabilities. Extensive experience in leading high-performing engineering teams and groups through the full software development lifecycle, specifically in building scalable communication infrastructures or platform-level features. Passion for building teams and growing talent Strong architectural mindset with the ability to navigate the intersection of human-centric design and autonomous agent integration within a large-scale ecosystem.
