We're looking for a senior, strategic Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own expansion — identifying the right moments to grow accounts through upsell and cross-sell, and converting that potential into increased ACV. You'll sit within our Existing Businesses lifecycle pillar and focus exclusively on one mission: driving revenue growth from the customers we already have. This is a high-visibility, senior role with a direct line to NRR. You'll work at the intersection of marketing, product, and sales — independently building the programs, signals, and journeys that help the right customers discover the right upgrade at exactly the right moment.
Requirements: Requirements 4+ years in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or Growth Marketing — ideally in a SaaS or subscription business with a sales-led growth motion, and a track record of operating independently at a senior level. Proven experience leading upsell, cross-sell, or expansion programs end-to-end, not just executing on someone else's strategy. Deep expertise in behavioral segmentation and lifecycle tooling (e.g., Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar). Strong analytical mindset — you don't just partner with data teams, you come with hypotheses, define the measurement framework, and own the conclusions. Experience navigating both self-serve and sales-assisted motions, and the judgment to know when to automate vs. escalate. Comfortable working with AI tools and automation to build smarter, more scalable processes. A sharp, influential communicator — you can drive alignment across marketing, product, CS, and revenue leadership around a long-term expansion strategy.
