Senior HRBP

Exodigo is the leading underground mapping solution for non-intrusive discovery. Our platforms combine multi-sensor fusion, 3D imaging, and AI technologies to create complete, accurate underground maps that enable confident decision-making for customers across the built world. We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors. We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025 .

Requirements: 5+ years of HRBP experience in fast-paced global tech organizations. A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong understanding of employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. The ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels. Clear and adaptable communication, especially in fast-changing environments. A focus on results, with a track record of meeting key HR goals. Curiosity and drive to improve how people work, whether through better systems, processes, or team habits. The ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving without needing close supervision. A thoughtful, data-informed approach to identifying challenges and solving problems. High-level proficiency in English. Bonus Points Organizational Development (OD) experience.
