Automation & Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an experienced Automation & Maintenance Technician to join a leading industrial manufacturing company.

This role combines hands-on responsibility for industrial automation systems with maintenance of automated production lines, ensuring maximum equipment availability, operational efficiency, and high product quality.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and control system failures on production lines.

Maintain and improve industrial automation and control systems.

Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance on production equipment.

Diagnose complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.

Support integration, operation, and maintenance of robotic systems and advanced manufacturing equipment.

Work with sensors, drives, actuators, and control components.

Assist in upgrading production lines and improving system performance.

Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and maintenance records.

Collaborate with production, engineering, and external vendors.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in industrial automation and/or maintenance of production lines.

Practical Engineering degree (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field).

Hands-on experience with industrial control systems.

Strong knowledge of PLC systems.

Experience with pneumatics and mechanical systems.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good technical English.
