Senior Full Stack Engineer (Node.js / React / AWS)

We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our elite engineering team at Cherrypick Consulting.

This role is part of a small, high-impact engineering team building systems that directly support hospitals across Israel.

We’re looking for strong, hands-on engineers who can take ownership of complex tasks end-to-end — from infrastructure and backend services to frontend implementation and data workflows.

The team operates in a fast-moving environment with significant autonomy and responsibility, where each engineer plays a central role in shaping production systems with real-world impact.

Tech stack includes AWS, Node.js, React, Terraform, Kubernetes, and modern data engineering workflows.

Ideal candidates are experienced full-stack engineers with strong backend foundations, DevOps capabilities, and the ability to independently drive features and systems from design through production.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end development of production systems across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and data workflows.

Design, build, and maintain scalable services using Node.js, React, AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes.

Take independent ownership of features and technical initiatives from architecture through deployment and monitoring.

Collaborate closely within a small, high-performing engineering team delivering mission-critical solutions for healthcare organizations.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and modern full-stack development.

Proven experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure, Terraform, and Kubernetes in production environments.

Ability to independently lead and execute complex technical tasks end-to-end with high ownership and accountability.

Experience building scalable, reliable systems with strong engineering fundamentals and production mindset.
