Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Protein Lab Technician at Lemna Pro Ltd., located in our Ness Ziona Lab. The Protein Lab Technician will conduct day-to-day lab operations, including protein extraction, analysis, and quality control. Additional responsibilities include maintaining lab equipment, documenting experiments and results, supporting R&D activities, and ensuring compliance with laboratory safety protocols.

Qualifications

Technical skills in protein extraction, purification, and analysis

Familiarity with analytical equipment and lab safety protocols

Strong organizational skills for documenting experiments and managing lab equipment

Ability to collaborate with R&D teams and support project goals

Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Food Sciences, or related field

Prior experience in protein labs or food production labs is advantageous

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently

Knowledge of plant-based proteins is a plus
