VP Finance

Requirements: 10+ years of finance experience, including leadership roles - preferably in a US public company Proven experience in SaaS companies with strong understanding of recurring revenue models and metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV) - Must Experience supporting or leading fundraising processes Strong foundation in FP&A and accounting Experience overseeing accounting operations (including AR/AP and close processes) Experience leading company-level planning processes (e.g., AOP) Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools within finance processes - automation, forecasting, reporting, or financial analysis Experience with FinOps - managing and optimizing cloud or operational costs Hands-on, with strong financial modeling and analytical skills Experience leading or participating in a financial systems implementation - NetSuite experience is a strong advantage Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities Cross-border experience English bilingual - a major advantage eOS is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
