We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team.
This is a strategic role combining business development, consultative sales, relationship management, and deep understanding of technological solutions for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and develop new business opportunities with enterprise and strategic customers
Lead full sales cycles from prospecting and opportunity creation through negotiation and closing
Build, prepare, and present commercial proposals and tailored technology solutions
Analyze customer business and technological needs and match the right IT and integration solutions
Manage customer relationships and sales activities through CRM systems
Develop new markets and expand existing customer activity
Drive strategic business development initiatives and advanced sales tactics
Lead and execute marketing and customer engagement campaigns
Work closely with technical teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
Requirements
At least 4 years of sales experience in IT, cloud, networking, integration, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or managed services
Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions such as:
Cloud solutions
Servers and infrastructure
Managed services
Cybersecurity and information security
Enterprise communication solutions
IT procurement and hardware solutions
Experience working with enterprise customers and strong familiarity with the Israeli technology market
Proven ability to work with key decision-makers including IT managers, infrastructure managers, procurement teams, and executives
Strong negotiation skills and commercial mindset
Experience working with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
High level of motivation, initiative, and passion for technology and innovation
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
