VP Product

The position combines building and managing product roadmaps, prioritizing requirements &#x5DE;&#x5D5;&#x5DC; stakeholders, and defining KPIs and metrics to ensure maximum value for both the organization and end users.</p><p><br></p><p>What are we looking for?</p><ul><li>10+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 6 years managing complex products</li><li>Proven experience building large-scale multi-user SaaS products within global technology companies.</li><li>At least 3 years of direct team management experience (managing managers), overseeing a team of at least 5 Product/Project Managers.</li><li>Strong expertise in product strategy, roadmap management, and prioritization within complex organizations.</li><li>Proven experience defining KPIs and product success metrics, while working closely with Development and UI/UX teams.</li><li>Significant advantage for candidates with experience in government, finance, or procurement domains.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Why Comblack?</p><p>Comblack is a company dedicated to creating accurate and meaningful connections between people and the right opportunities.
