We're scaling rapidly and we’re looking for a talented and passionate Outbound Sales Development Representative for Israel to join our awesome team.
We are looking for an effective communicator, a self-motivated teammate with high social intelligence and a natural inclination for selling.
The Sales Development Representative will work closely with the Account & Marketing team to reach out to decision-makers and create sales opportunities.
Position based in Tel-Aviv headquarters.
About The Role
Prospecting into strategic existing business accounts (within the Israel region) via cold call, email and social strategies.
Drive sales growth and create pipeline together with account management team.
Lead creative strategies and target decision-makers at prospect and existing accounts.
Mapping Strategic and Enterprise Accounts to identify decision makers and create long term relationships
Understanding clients needs to create a value proposition selling.
Ability to stay up to date in the SaaS landscape and demonstrate our platform value.
The working days are Sunday-Thursday
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of inside sales or sales development experience (selling over the phone, cold calling), preferably B2B at a software company
Native Hebrew - MUST
Sales experience working with Israel region is a plus
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Self-starter, goal oriented
Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high volume environment
Prior experience with a CRM and other sales automation tools is a plus
