Requirements: What You Bring to the Table 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including API design and distributed systems Proven track record building and scaling high-volume, web-based solutions Strong experience with cloud-native infrastructure, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines Skilled at building consensus across departments and aligning engineering with business goals Experience managing full project lifecycles and technical teams, including performance management Excellent communication in English (written and verbal)
