Senior Computer Vision & Machine Learning Algorithm Developer

📍 Rehovot

Position Description

▪ Design and develop advanced algorithms for image and video understanding and analysis in the fields of Computer Vision and AI

▪ Work on a wide range of advanced algorithmic tasks, including:

Multimodal Zero‑Shot, Object Detection, Image Enhancement, Generative AI,

Instance & Semantic Segmentation, Object Tracking

▪ Participate in the design, development, and implementation of operational Electro‑Optics (EO) intelligence and surveillance systems

▪ Collaborate closely with system engineering and software development teams

▪ Lead algorithmic research and development tasks end‑to‑end, from concept through full implementation

▪ Contribute to system‑level understanding, integration, and optimization of complex solutions within large‑scale, multidisciplinary systems

Requirements

▪ M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field

▪ 5+ years of experience in Image Processing, Computer Vision, and/or Machine Learning

▪ Experience developing production‑grade algorithms

▪ Strong programming skills in Python

▪ Hands‑on experience with Deep Learning methodologies and relevant frameworks

▪ Ability to work effectively within a team while independently leading technical tasks

▪ Strong system‑level thinking with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills

▪ High motivation and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

▪ Basic knowledge of classic Computer Vision algorithms

▪ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

▪ Knowledge of Electro‑Optics (EO) systems and/or optics- an advantage
