Business Data Analyst | Global Fintech Company

A fast-growing global company in the Fintech / Trading space is looking for a Data Analyst to join its team and play a key role in turning data into business and product insights.

Responsibilities

Analyze large-scale B2C product and user data to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities

Work closely with Product, Marketing, and business stakeholders to support decision-making

Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and user behavior

Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights

Own the full analytics cycle – from data extraction to insight and recommendation

Support data-driven optimization across product funnels and customer journeys

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Data / Product / Business Analytics

Strong SQL skills

Proven experience working with B2C / consumer product data

Experience analyzing user behavior, funnels, and product performance

Strong analytical mindset with ability to communicate insights clearly

High level of English – written and spoken

Advantages

Experience in Fintech / Trading / Financial markets

Experience with tools such as BigQuery, Metabase
