We are looking for

An Operational Product Manager to join our Aerospace division at our Modiin site, leading the definition and evolution of our next-generation Mini-Tactical UAS and Air Launched Effects (ALE) portfolio.

In this role you will

Define CONOPS, operational use cases, and system-level product requirements for Tactical and ALE systems

Take part of the full product lifecycle – from definition and development through integration, testing, and operational delivery

Act as a bridge between operations, engineering, and UX teams, maturing new ideas into deployable products through prototypes, demonstrations, and user experiments

Contribute to mission-oriented product roadmaps, aligning operational needs, user experience, and technology maturity

Support marketing, sales, and business development activities in Israel and internationally by providing operational insight and product positioning

Requirements

Academic background in Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors Engineering, Product Design, or a related field - advantage

Proven knowledge and experience in Operational Product Management or similar roles

Strong military operational background in complex, technology-driven environments, with emphasis on UAS / UAV systems and tactical UAS employment

Experience leading cross-functional teams within a matrix organization

Experience with UX/HMI design, field experimentation, or operational validation of complex systems - advantage

Fluent English, both written and verbal

High analytical capability with the ability to quickly understand complex operational and technological domains

Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate operational needs into clear product requirements
