About the Role

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Product Operations Lead to build and scale operational excellence within our global Digital organization. Sitting at the global intersection of strategy, execution, and enablement, this role is critical to driving focus, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment across Product, R&D, Customer Success, Sales, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams across our corporate BUs.

You will define and champion best practices, streamline execution frameworks, and lead a globally distributed team in shaping the way products are developed, launched, and optimized. If you're a thinker who thrives on structure, communication, and coaching, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Operations Strategy & Execution - Design and enforce product development frameworks, including roadmap planning, quarterly planning (PI), sprint cadences, release management, cross-BUs alignment, and retrospectives.

Monitor roadmap progress and remove execution blockers across squads and functions.

Facilitate adoption of product metrics, KPIs, and feedback loops to measure outcomes, inform prioritization, and support data-led decisions.

Insights, Reporting & Governance - Track product KPIs, Analyze productivity indicators, Support board-level and C-level reporting

Cross-functional Alignment (Global/Regional) - Act as the primary liaison between Product and the different BUs’ – Regional product, GTM, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing teams.

Develop and maintain processes for handling product feedback, feature requests, and “red flag” escalations.

Champion a culture of transparency, high performance, and continuous improvement.

Serve as a thought partner to the VP Digital Product and Digital leadership, translating strategy into operational clarity and executional rhythm.

Requirements

Experience:

6–10 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Program Management roles in a B2B SaaS or tech-driven environment.

Proven success scaling product operations in a fast-growing, high-velocity organization.

Deep understanding of the product lifecycle, agile methodologies, and software development workflows.

Highly analytical; comfortable working with data teams to build and interpret dashboards.

Excellent communicator with high emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic thinker with a bias for execution—comfortable driving clarity and change across functions.

Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Monday, Looker/Tableau (or equivalents).

Experience in GTM coordination, pricing workflows, and customer feedback systems is a strong plus.

Bonus Points
